Session 1 – The Distraction Profile

Session 1

The Distraction Profile: How Distracted Are You?

Begin with the current distraction profile

Focus Summary: By recognizing that you are distracted in some areas, the solution lies in your ability to control some of these areas that are affecting your ability to focus and see greater levels of achievement and success.

FocusPoint 1

  1. Identify what areas that are distracting you the most.
  2. Develop a strategy to limit your time spent on some of these activities. For example, most cell phones and smaller devices have timers on them. You want to play a game, set the timer for 30 minutes and walk away when the time expires instead of spending 1-2 hours in something that will not produce a result that could affect your future.
