FOCUS PROFILE STYLE: C/S/I

GENERAL OBSERVATIONS

The C/S/I Focus Style, like the C/I/S counterpart, likes people but primarily brings correctness and high expectations to tasks that arise. The C/S/I is most comfortable in a stable systematic and process-driven environment. They are very good at details and information gathering.  The C/S/I does not like confrontation or conflict and is willing to stick to a traditional way of doing things. They are articulate in their verbal communication—especially about the facts and details of their personal projects. The C/S/I is not as outgoing as the C/I/S but is friendly and will generally relate to a small circle of close friendships. The ability to develop systems and processes makes the C/S/I a good candidate for administrative types of assignments as long as there are clear boundaries and expectations predetermined. There may be a need to provide extra support if there is a chance for confrontation with peers or close in time frames that need to be met.
