FOCUS PROFILE STYLE: D/S/I

GENERAL OBSERVATIONS

The D/S/I Focus Style is a dominant person with strong “people-friendly” motivations. Generally, the D/S/I establishes control by demonstrating positive encouraging warmth toward others. The tasks they take on best are people oriented and they welcome the challenge of assisting others.  The D/S/I will often be missing details that would make them better decision-makers and will make emotional decisions more than factual decisions. They will be loyal and faithful to those in the relationship and not be afraid to step out to speak the truth as they see it. They are moderately articulate and able to stand and communicate publicly although they would rather speak to the team or small non-threatening audiences. The D/S/I is one of the few “D’s” that will accept conflict but would rather avoid it when possible.
