FOCUS PROFILE STYLE: I

GENERAL OBSERVATIONS

The I Focus style is the proverbial “influencer” of others. The I is the cheerleader and people oriented individual that enjoys a fun-filled style of relationship. Of the general population, the I Focus style makes up about 11%. They are generally very verbally skilled and motivated in their interactions. The I Focus style has many relationships and has no trouble meeting and making friends in both the public and personal arenas. Articulate, the I is potentially able to speak before people with less difficulty than most. If one word describes the I, that word would be friendly. They are outgoing. They can be impulsive and move from one person or thing to another very quickly. In task accomplishment, they can be distracted and may need help to remain on task or focus point.
