FOCUS PROFILE STYLE: I/D/C

GENERAL OBSERVATIONS

The I/D/C Focus Style is purposed to influence and dominate the environment through facts, information and details. This is a very “strong” personality that is factually verbal and will use this to gain control. The I/D/C is very desirous of controlling the outcome of projects and assignments. They are able to handle conflict when it arises but would like to avoid it. They sincerely want relationship and can encourage and affirm those around them. Often perceived as too dominant and overwhelming, they may need to temper their approach with more grace and empathy for the feelings, ideas and systems developed or possessed by others. The I/D/C can be a great advancer of projects and ideas when surrounded by a team that is able to keep a peaceful environment and set and maintain an accountable operational process.
