FOCUS PROFILE STYLE: S/I
The S/I Focus style is a friendly outgoing style that is tempered by a warm and genuine personality. This style gets along well with a very wide range of people. They are typically good listeners and therefore people, especially those with personal needs, are drawn to them. The S/I is articulate and able to verbalize well but prefers to do so in the safe environment of just a few people or with ones they know. The S/I prefers a systematic or process focused work environment. This style can be lacking in fact and information gathering so they may need some help in decision making. Their decisions are prone to come from a feelings foundation rather than a fact-based foundation. They do not need to be in control of the environment so, as a non-risk taker and without all the details, making decisions that affect self and others may be an area where working with someone possessing a measure of the C or D styles would be beneficial. Also, the S/I can be taken advantage of by others—especially relationally.
